Bird netting can be done for various birds, most commonly for pigeons, sparrows, and starlings to keep them out (eg. Balconies and loading bays). Spiking is generally used to keep birds off roofs, eves, ledges, signs etc. Other bird prevention we offer: include bird slope, bird gel, and bird wire.

A trench and screening method is used to secure decks and sheds (also known as skirting). This usually consists of digging, removing bushes, shrubs, fences, and/or drilling into foundation to secure screening.

Brick soffit gap is filled with a clear silicone. Roof vents are secured from under vent with a fine mesh hardware cloth. Roof soffit intersections can be secured with fine mesh or silicone depending on the size. Window flashing is secured with silicone. Upper brick vents are filled with steal wool. Fascia gap is secure with a heavy gate flashing. Chimneys are capped with a fine mesh. Bats that have gotten into living spaces can sometime be caught and removed while onsite.
